Turning and Milling

We dispose of 3-axis and 4-axis horizontal and vertical CNC lathes, on which we machine various types of rotating parts such as shafts, cams, flanges and the many others. Parts with lower demands on costs and quality we machine on conventional lathes.

In company Metaltrim we machine flat faces as well as 3D faces of all available materials. We use the latest 5-axis machining center MAS MCU 700V-5X POWER and another four 4-axis and one 3-axis milling machine with control system Heidenhain and Fanuc. For small batch production we have also classic milling machines with capacity up to 3000kg.
